Welcome
to the Stanford University instrumentation shop.
This
shop is dedicated to
assisting researchers in the Medical School with their custom
instrumentation and
equipment needs at an affordable price. In the past twenty years I have
included in projects devices such as: microcontrollers, LCD
displays, keypad interfaces, serial communication, signal conditioning
electronics, analog and digital computer interfaces, high
sensitivity photomultiplier tube amplifiers, DC motor, stepper
motor
and linear motor controllers, servomotors, rotary encoders, timed
sequenced equipment, temperature controllers, peltier devices, solenoid
valves, actuators, force transducers, profusion
chambers, microscope adapters as well as mechanical design and limited
machine shop services. Check out the
Fluorescence Particle Sorter web site (FACS for whole animals) and
other featured projects for some examples.
Please
feel free to contact
me to discuss your projects and instrumentation repair needs.
