	University of California, Davis Management 244 Professor Richard Dorf The course is focused on the development and management of the new business ventures as an entrepreneurial enterprise. We will examine the characteristics of the successful entrepreneur and determine the critical steps in building or acquiring a growth business from startup to revenues of greater than $10 million in a period of five years or less.
