MonomialSize -- specify maximum exponent size

MonomialSize => n -- an option which determines the maximum exponent size.

Used as an option to monoid, or when a polynomial ring is created. Setting 'MonomialSize=>n' specifies that monomial exponents may be as large as 2^(n-1) - 1. The default value is 8, allowing for exponents up to 127. Currently the maximum value is 16, allowing for exponents up to 32767.
