The following software packages have been developed and exploited in the course of my PhD and PostDoc in collaboration with my colleagues.

Open-source packages

BDpack

  • BDpack solves the configurational evolution of polymeric solution numerically using Brownian dynamics simulation of bead-spring micro-mechanical model

  • For both CPU and GPU platforms

  • An Open-source GNU GPL modern Fortran package available in GitHub.

Private packages

FLOW-IB

  • A finite-volume - (immersed) finite-element numerical algorithm for simulating deformable and rigid objects including cells in viscous or viscoelastic medium

  • A modern Fortran parallelized using message-passing-interface (MPI)

ShapeTrack

  • Detects the shape and properties of red blood cells (or potentially any type of cell) in any complex microfluidic geometry.

  • Mostly written using MATLAB.
