Practical Robotics
Rich Mahoney, PhD SRI |
Abstract: This presentation will focus
on the practical steps to bringing something to market, from the penetrating
the market perspective. Concepts to be discussed will include:
- minimum usable product
- early adopter programs
- evolving the product scope in
situ
- building up the team around the
product
These are tricks of the trade for how to get
a product into the market that goes beyond what is usually presented on the
design side.
