Naomi Judith Traudt4, born December 31, 1916 in Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, the daughter of Frederick William Traudt3 and Hazel M— (Sherman) Traudt. Her name has also been recorded as Mayme, but this appears to be an error for Naomi.

In 1920 Naomi, her brother John and their mother were living with Hazel's parents Will and Lily Sherman on Fourth Steet in Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri.

In September, 1927, Naomi and John were apparently still living in the household of their maternal grandfather in Missouri.

Naomi married, — –, 193- in —, Roe Given Goodwin. He was born about 1913 in —, Nebraska, the son of George Asher Goodwin and Mabel Alice (Martin) Goodwin.

Children:

  1. August Goodwin (Gus), born August 13, 1934 in —, Missouri.

In 1937 Naomi was an unemployed dental technician living separated from her husband at 2735 Hickory Street, St. Louis, Missouri. She died 10:45 A.M. December 19, 1937, aged 20 years, 11 months and 18 days in City Hosptial #1, St. Louis, of subacute bacterial endocarditis and bronchial pneumonia.

Roe Goodwin married (second), — –, 193– in —, Pearl Lureen Cohen. She was born February 22, 1914 in —, Illinois, the daughter of William H— Cohen and Jennie (Burke) Cohen.

Roe Goodwin died March –, 1964 in St. Louis, Missouri. Pearl Goodwin died July 10, 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri.
