Preventing and restoring loss of function are our major
objectives for individuals with osteo-, rheumatoid-, and traumatic-arthritis.
Computer modeling, and laboratory, animal and clinical studies play significant
roles in our research. Our efforts include the identification of new design
concepts for longer lasting joint replacements, cartilage repair and
regeneration, and the development and evaluation of therapy devices and
protocols.
