The presenter/Delegate/Student registration includes:

To attend banquet dinner, make sure to bring your name badge for admission. Only those wearing a name badge will be allowed to enter banquet areas.

Online Registration

All attendees are required to pay both registration and membership fees, and pre-registration will remain until May 15th. On-site registration will be available during the conference for an additional fee of $10. Please note that conference housing and banquet dinner are guaranteed only for attendees who pre-register online by May 15th.

For double occupancy, you could request your preferred roommate. However, roommate requests are not guaranteed and are based on space availability. Priority for roommate match will be given to those pairs who have the same arrival and departure dates.

NOTE! Accommodation Booking has closed. Online Registration (without hotel reservation) will remain available until we reach maximum capacity. If the conference attendance has reached maximum capacity before the conference begins, on-site registration will not be available.
