TOC -- table of contents for sections

Synopsis:

Usage: TOC { SECTION { "section title 1", ... }, SECTION { "section title 2", ... }, SECTION { "section title 3", ... } }

The mark-up type TOC is a member of the class MarkUpType. Each object of class TOC is also a member of class MarkUpList.
