The mark-up type SUP is a member of the class MarkUpType. Each object of class SUP is also a member of class MarkUpList.

More general types (whose methods may also apply) :

  • MarkUpList -- the class of mark-up lists used with hypertext
  • BasicList -- the class of all basic lists

    • SUP x -- encloses x in a hypertext SUP item, thereby making it a superscript.

    The argument x should be a string, or a list or sequence of strings or hypertext items.
