Syzygies -- whether to collect syzygies

Syzygies -- keyword for an optional argument used with gb which indicates whether the syzygies should be computed.

It's also an option for syz, but syz overrides any value provided by the user with the value true.

Functions with optional argument named Syzygies :

gb(..., Syzygies) -- whether to collect syzygies

syz(..., Syzygies) -- whether to collect syzygies
