Integrating technology training with language learning for lowest levels

Background:   Adult literacy students are on the wrong side of the digital divide. There is little access and almost no training. Without the knowledge and skills that technology can provide, how is this population to succeed?

Research question:   How is it possible to integrate technology training seamlessly into adult ESOL language learning at the lowest levels of ESOL?
