license3.stanford.edu is the current server, running various license server software.

need to do an upgrade from lenny to squeeze. Use these notes: https://ikiwiki.stanford.edu/sysadmin/dist-upgrade-squeeze-checklist/

Also don't forget to check if the firewall is running afterwards and if the ampl_lic server is running from /root/tmp 

 /root/tmp/AMPL/ampl_lic start
