Thursday, 27 October 2016: Daniel Pearl World Music Days Concert

The Chorale joins the St. Lawrence String Quartet in this annual free concert honoring the life and memory of Stanford alumnus Daniel Pearl, the violin-playing Wall Street Journal reporter who was murdered in 2002 in Pakistan. The ensemble offers the Agnus Dei from Gabriel Fauré's beloved Requiem in memory of Pearl's life and work.

The Chorale opens its 2016-2017 season with a richly varied program of literature from the Anglican and American choral traditions, featuring Hubert Parry's majestic festival anthem Blest Pair of Sirens.

The Chorale joins with the St. Lawrence String Quartet in a concert showcasing choral repertoire of the Baroque era. The program features Handel's dramatic and highly virtuosic setting of Psalm 110, Dixit Dominus.
Friday, 19 May 2017: Spring Concert, "Thailand Tour Farewell"

Bid the Chorale farewell as it prepares to embark on its two-week concert tour of Thailand. The concert will feature the Chorale's tour repertoire of British and American choral works; new arrangements of jazz melodies by King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand; and a collaboration with guest artists Stanford Taiko.

The Chorale joins forces with Stanford Taiko for a two-week concert tour of Thailand, generously sponsored by the American-Thai Foundation and Dr. Nirund Jivasantikarn. Watch this space for tour updates and concert listings!
