The Course Reader will be available for purchase on our first class meeting. If you miss the meeting but still would like to purchase one, please call Copy Source (968-6351) to order. They are located at the intersection of Alma St. and Rengstroff in Mountain View.
Please purchase the following book from Amazon.com or the Stanford Bookstore, and read the assigned chapters for our first class, if at all possible. (While your books arrive, you can use the copies in Reserve in Cubberley Library).
