Residents can & will overcome apathy, info overload, etc. online (as well as offline) to:

• Discuss issues they care about (e.g., sex, nazis, free speech, dorm stuff)

• Discuss issues with an audience they value (i.e., people they live with)

• Discuss issues for which there is no other large-group forum (e.g., gender, dorm controversies, dorm tragedy)
