The California Center for Teaching Careers (CalTeach), created by the California Legislature and administered by the CSU Institute for Education, is a "one-stop information and referral service for individuals considering or pursuing teaching careers" in the state.  Unfortunately, the site does not offer a specific focus on the education of English Language Learners.  It does, however, offer answers to questions potential teachers may have regarding the sometimes complicated array of requirements involved in becoming a teacher in California.
