I am a Ph.D. student at Stanford advised by Le Cong and Anshul Kundaje. My interests include the design of regulatory DNA sequences for synthetic biology applications and long-range gene regulation modeling. As an undergraduate at Yale, I worked with Abhishek Bhattacharjee and James E. Smith on brain–computer interfaces and neuromorphic computing and with Smita Krishnaswamy and Dennis Shung on representation learning for biomedical data.

I help organize CURIS, the CS department's undergraduate research program. If you're a Stanford undergraduate and have questions about CURIS, CS research, or Ph.D. applications, feel free to reach out by email or on Slack! While not researching or organizing, I like to dance (come to Viennese Ball to see me perform at the opening!), read (especially 1890s–1960s European literature and anything ancient–medieval, worldwide), and take long walks.
