Hello, I'm Ellen

I like puzzles and building things.

I am an ML Engineer on the Tesla Autopilot team. Previously I interned at comma.ai on reinforcement learning for self-driving controls. More broadly, I am interested in the problem of autonomy and how to develop useful real-world AI. I believe in the mission of real world AI and physical intelligence, and that intelligence looks like an agent which can learn from feedback and actions in the real world to do anything a human can.

I also enjoy fencing, writing poetry, puzzling, running marathons, flying planes, and marveling at beautiful domes :)
