Chae Young Lee

My first name is Chae Young, and I'm from Jeonju, South Korea.

I am a third-year Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Stanford, co-advised by Professors Zerina Kapetanovic and Sara Achour. My research focuses on empowering resource-constrained edge hardware across computing, communication, and control. Before Stanford, I received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at Yale, where I worked with Professor Lin Zhong on energy-efficient computing. I also worked with Apple's Siri Text-to-Speech Modeling Team in the summer of 2020 and 2021. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, going to solid core, and occasionally fishing.
