Time and Date Format Selection

The phone display shows the time and date. You can choose from several formats as to how this information is displayed.

Select the Time Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and select item #6 Settings.
3. Press OK.
4. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and select item #1 Regional.
5. Press OK.
6. Select item #2 Time.
7. Press OK.
8. Select item #1 Time Format.
9. Press OK.
10. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the time displayed is highlighted, press OK.
11. If you want to change the date format also, select item #2 Date Format. Otherwise, press the Cancel key four times to close the menu.

Select the Date Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and select item #6 Settings.
3. Press OK.
4. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and select item #1 Regional.
5. Press OK.
6. Select item #2 Time.
7. Press OK.
8. Select item #2 Date Format.
9. Press OK.
10. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the time displayed is highlighted, press OK.
11. Press the Cancel key four times to close the menu.
