Time and Date Format Selection

The phone display shows the time and date. You can choose from several formats as to how this information is displayed.

Select the Time Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and select item #6 Settings, then item #1 Regional, and then item #2 Time.
3. Select item #1 Time Format, then press OK.
4. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the time displayed is highlighted, press OK.
5. If you want to change the date format also, use the Down navigation key to reach item #2 Date Format. Otherwise, lift and restore the handset to close the menu.

Select the Date Format

1. On the display, press the Menu soft key.
2. Press the Down navigation key to scroll down the list and highlight item #6 Settings, then item #1 Regional, and then item #2 Time.
3. Press OK.
4. Use the Down navigation key to select item #2 Date Format.
5. Use the Up and Down navigation keys to view the available formats. When the format in which you want the date displayed is highlighted, press OK.
6. Lift and restore the handset to close the menu.
