Returns at the Wilshire site

Each of these links is to an ftp site. Each of the files has an extension of .bin, although the files use standard ascii text with commas as separators. Your browser will probably request that you specify a location on your disk to save the file. You may later open it in a word processor or in a spreadsheet. For example, you may open one of these files in Excel by specifying that commas are used as delimiters.
