Ismail Albaidhani is the Head of Global Partnerships and Learning Innovation in IATA's Training and Development Institute (ITDI). He has co-founded the Stanford-IATA Aviation programs and also teaches Strategy & Project Management courses in University of Geneva and ITDI. He currently manages a network of over 450 global partners from different aviation value chain segments covering more than 120 countries. In addition to this role, he is responsible for the Travel and Tourism industry sector in IATA. He is also a core taskforce member of the UN Agency for Aviation (ICAO) in addressing the issue of next generation of aviation professionals (NGAP). His vast experience stems from working in various developing and developed countries worldwide.
Ismail has an MBA from University of Geneva in International management and is currently doing research work for his PhD with a focus on project management. This is in addition to his role as an advisory board member in PMI's REP network.
