Ross is a professor in Management Science and Engineering where he coordinates the undergraduate program, and his main research interests are in representation and analysis of uncertainty and medical decision analysis. He has a PhD in operations research from Berkeley and an SB in management science from MIT, where he was active in the service fraternity and helped organize blood drives for the Red Cross. He enjoys jogging, hiking, cooking, and taking pictures.
Naomi and Simon grew up in the Serra House undergraduate dormitory in Stern Hall where Ross served twenty-one years as Resident Fellow, supervising he intellectual and other programs in the residence.
