Realization of photon-photon interaction is an interesting but challenging goal in photonics and quantum optics. In cavity optomechanics, nonlinearity caused by photons interacting with the motional degrees of freedom of an optical resonator is typically too weak to operate on single photons. Here we use a coherently delayed optomechanical platform with quantum feedback to generate strong interaction between single photons propagating in a waveguide and propose the protocol of realizing controlled phase gate with this system.
