I received my PhD in computer science from the Department of Computer Science of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg. My work within the research group for Autonomous Intelligent Systems headed by Wolfram Burgard was focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics. I was involved in the EU project CoSy - Cognitive Systems for Cognitive Assistants and the German Servicerobotics Initiative DESIRE. Our RSS 2009 Workshop on Regression in Robotics took place on 28 June 2009 in Seattle. We've had our 2008 Terreiro Capoeira Batizado in Freiburg.
