| Picked up a thesis by Wm. Dupre at the Stanford library. Geology of the Pajaro Valley. Interesting coincidence of fault and location of the failure. |

| Dupre shows that the Pajaro River has been sinking in the area of the failure. Wonder how fast? Could the Loma Prieta earthquake, which shook up Watsonville pretty badly, have done something here? |
