You will want to consider the evidence, including autopsy, detective reports, and a fatal letter from Dr. Whu himself, a key exhibit. The you will look at the previous failed attempt by the DA to convince the judge that Dr. Whu should be tried for criminal offenses before a jury. Then you shoud look at the second effort by the DA (Ms. Chatten-Brown) to enlist me as a witness in her cause. Finally, you may want to read some background things that will hopefully help you to distinguish between civil and criminal negligence.
