| Axum / This chamber in the tomb houses the tunnel that runs from Axum to Red Sea, which was used during the kings in 4th century. Our guide, Haile Selasse, who also happens to be an Archaeologist, told us that the area is closed and filled with earth for security purposes, though European Archeologist would like to start excavating it as soon as funding is available for the project. |
