| Random pics from Addis Abeba and Sululta /The traditional Ethiopian restaurants in Sululta offer the best Fiyel Tibs (Sauteed goat) in the country. Their Shiro Wat (Ethiopian pea stew) and Kitfo (minced raw beef marinated in mitmita (a very spicy chili powder) were also to die for. I wish I could get good food like this in the States (sigh!) |
