October 1998: Lake Tahoe Camping Trip

After many e-mails back and forth, my friends and I finally found a weekend which was free for all of us. Unfortunately, it was a little later in the summer than we had planned, and we encountered colder weather than expected.
Anywhere near the fire became a favorite place to hang out.
	Despite the weather, we enjoyed ourselves. We discovered a shocking secret about Maggie during our hike.
While waiting for our hot dinner, we played some poker. I lost miserably, but betting with chocolate-covered raisins made it easier to take the loss.
