The Ultimate Dim Sum Experience

Dim sum has always been one of my favorite eating activities...watching all those carts go by with different dumplings, steamed BBQ pork buns, rice porridge, turnip cakes...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! To enhance the experience, I decided to invite my friends over to make our own dim sum foods, and of course, we'd get to eat what we made.
Teddy and Eric were in charge of the shumei. Here's Teddy showing off the pork fat he's going to add to the shumei.

	Our results! Everything tasted as good as it looks. Next time--less food, so that I'm not eating dim sum for weeks on end!
