A head count must be given to the restaurant by Jan. 21, 2009 and modifications to the count can cause problems with the amount and type of dishes ordered. Therefore the "no refund" policy is used to streamline the process and make it easier to organize the event. If you discover that you cannot make it you may send someone else in your place.
