1.  PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR TRAINING PROGRAM EVALUATION

As you may have heard already, EH&S is involved in preparing a computer CD-ROM based Computer Ergonomics Awareness Training program. In efforts to prepare this for departmental use as soon as possible, we are asking for your assistance in identifying people who might be able to test-run and provide feedback on this new training presentation.

We are looking for a diverse pool of participants, including:

The evaluation process takes 2 hours and will be held on-campus at a designated computer facility in about 2 weeks. Once potential participants are identified, they will be contacted to ask for participation on this project. As a small token of appreciation, participants will be given a $10 gift certificate for the campus bookstore.

Please provide names and email addresses (or phone#s) for as many people you feel may be able to participate in this evaluation process and e-mail them to:
yongck@leland.stanford.edu

Please send your list of potential participants as soon as possible, no later than Monday (9/29) 5pm.

Thank you for your prompt assistance,
