Open Positions

 

1- We have an immediate open position for a postdoctoral researcher in the field of Microwave Theory and Systems and with the following background:


  1. PhD in Electrical Engineering

  2. Strong background in EM/Microwave theory and fundamentals.

  3. Experience with analysis, design, and characterization of microwave (and preferably mm-wave) systems, for example chip or package waveguides, transitions, antennas, and various other structures.

  4. Experience with design of microwave/mm-wave antenna arrays is a plus.

  5. Experience with EM modeling, simulation tools, design CAD tools, and high-frequency measurements.

2- We have an open position for a postdoctoral researcher in the field of Analog/RF IC design and with the following background:


  1. PhD in Electrical Engineering

  2. IC Design in scaled CMOS and/or BiCMOS process technologies (Advanced RF design techniques, design tools and flow, modeling, testing and characterization)

  3. Microwave design basics and knowledge of E&M simulation tools

  4. Experience in the field of signal processing is a plus

3- We also have an open position for a research associate in the area of IC Design.

  1. PhD degree (in EE) with a minimum of 3 years design experience post graduation

  2. Design experience at circuit and system levels including concept to design to fabrication and characterization.

  3. Experience with working with a team of PhD students

  4. Experience in writing grant proposals

  5. Applicants will be expected to participate in compiling proposals and reports as well attendance in various program reviews.
