1- We have an open position for a postdoctoral researcher in the field of Analog/RF IC design and with the following background:

1. • IC Design in scaled CMOS and/or BiCMOS process technologies (Advanced RF design techniques, design tools and flow, modeling, testing and characterization)
   

2. • Microwave design basics and knowledge of E&M simulation tools
   

3. • Experience in the field of signal processing is a plus

1. • PhD degree with a minimum of 3 years design experience post graduation
   

2. • Design experience at circuit and system levels including concept to design to fabrication and characterization.
   

3. • Experience with working with a team of PhD students
   

4. • Experience in writing grant proposals
   

5. • Applicants will be expected to participate in compiling proposals and reports as well attendance in various program reviews.
