Welcome

I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar working with Dr. Nalini Ambady at Stanford University. I also completed my graduate studies at Stanford, under the mentorship of Carol Dweck. In my research, I explore questions such as: how do we effectively address conflict in intergroup interactions; how do people legitimize inequality in society; are there ways that intergroup biases emerge that we have yet to identify? Check out my research page for more information.

I received my B.A., majoring in psychology and concentrating in English, in 2003 from Columbia University and then spent 2 years as a lab manager with Dr. Catherine Good.
