About Crescendo

Crescendo Bioscience is developing a broad range of quantitative, objective diagnostic tools to provide rheumatologists with deeper clinical insights to more effectively manage patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Crescendo is initially focused on rheumatoid arthritis, a debilitating, highly variable, chronic disease affecting over 1.5 million patients in the US and more than 3 million in Europe. Current diagnostic tools for assessing the status of rheumatoid arthritis are largely subjective, imprecise and cumbersome to administer in daily practice.
