Youth Creativity, Innovation & Sustainable Leadership Program
with Wasedajuku
A workshop to explore the creative universe of young students for the benefit of sustainability and idea development. Organized in collaboration with GPI US.
Venue: Stanford University

A group of students from Wasedajuku, based in Tokyo, visited CSDGC for a Youth Creativity, Innovation and Sustainable Leadership workshop. The workshop introduced topics that link creativity with a simple innovation framework to obtain life lessons in leadership. Students were encouraged to focus on sustainabiity solutions in project work - to be engaged in the universal cause of the present. New exercises to stimulate mindful thought on one's personal story were introduced.
Key elements of the workshop included:
- Conversations on the topics of problem-solving, sustainability, idea development and emotional intelligence.
- Exploration of self-awareness and purpose to develop one's own personal story.
- Project work to demonstrate the process of innovation and develop leadership insights.
- Drills to strengthen positivity, fast-thinking and youthful creativity.
- Mentoring by CSDGC interns.
