The role of participants outside the RR&D Center

It hardly needs to be stated that the scientists and engineers at the RR & D Center need to be linked in important ways to persons and organizations outside the Center. That they are linked to colleagues in their areas of specialization is taken as a given and does not need to be discusssed here. But in addition, they should have strong links with consumers of rehabilitation products and with persons in the commercial sector through whom their products will be transferred.
