Stephan Zimmermann

Stephan Zimmermann is a Principal in McKinsey’s San Francisco Office. 

He is co-leading McKinsey’s Social Media JV with Nielsen (NM Incite) where he designed Social Media measurement approaches and works with clients in optimizing their digital and social initiatives. He guides McKinsey’s research into behaviors of the digital consumer, esp. on how offline and online experiences are evolving in a future world.

Stephan also leads McKinsey’s Online Services efforts where he focuses on web traffic optimization, digital content management and customer lifecycle management.
