Research Statement:
I was interested in Aerodynamics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Fluid-Structure-Thermal
Interaction. First, I worked on the development of a conjugate heat transfer algorithm as part of the hypersonic PSAAP project.
Then, I developed a stable second-order accurate RK2-like scheme for CFD simulations on moving grids. Finally, I developed, analyzed,
and demonstrated the potential of a new Discontinuous Enrichment Method (DEM) for advection-diffusion problems that satisfies the inf-sup
condition.
