Stata has been installed on the barley in /mnt/glusterfs/apps/stata12

We don't have any example jobs to run for a test, but it appears to work fine.

To make use of this stata install, users must add /mnt/glusterfs/apps/stata12 to their PATH (preferably first, to make sure they don't get the one out of AFS) before running 'stata', or call it with the absolute path.

E.g. my $PATH:

export PATH=$PATH:/mnt/glusterfs/apps/stata12
$ printenv | grep PATH
PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/games:/usr/games:/afs/ir/users/c/h/chekh/bin:/mnt/glusterfs/apps/stata12
