Safari Incompatibility

Following these instructions for me leads to a situation where you can connect to the Jupyter notebook, but the jupyter notebook is unable to connect to any of the listed kernels. Is there a fix for this? - roykroth


  • This was due to a confirmed Safari related issue. These secured (HTTPS-based) Jupyter notebooks will not work with Safari because untrusted/self-signed certificates are not permitted to use websockets [1]. Please use Firefox or Chrome browsers. Phn 17:47, 22 March 2017 (PDT)
