Regina Wallace-Jones

Regina Wallace-Jones was initiated into Delta Sigma Theta through Omicron Chi Chapter in March '94 and has served as chapter advisor since 2007. She is Head of Security Operations at Facebook where she is responsible for scaling the organization's operations to meet the growing demands of Facebook’s complex security ecosystem. With fifteen years of previous experience, she now dedicates her talent to building trust and safety for the 1.8 billion people who use Facebook products.

Prior to joining Facebook, Regina partnered with the Lean In Foundation to help launch Sheryl Sandberg's book, “Lean In: Women, Work and the Will the Lead,” and continues to be a strong advocate for women in pursuit of their professional ambitions. Regina sits on the Board of Directors for Women Who Code and StreetCode Academy and is a patron of Black Girls Code, a non-profit designed to foster software development skills among girls. She also manages JRS Investment Group, an organization that funds early stage technology ventures.

Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Masters from UCLA in Public Policy with Emphasis in Technology Policy. Regina is married to Steffond Jones, a Software Engineer and Apple veteran. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Addison and Jocelyn Jones.
