Personal and Interpersonal Dynamics
Winter and Spring 2010

This studio is an experiential group processs driven by real issues realted to collaborative design teams. The meetings are enhancend with practical readings aand discussions, immersive activities and personal reflection. Topics include mindfulness and self-awareness, feedback and self-disclosure, team culture, identifying and addressing potential team problems, team roles and leadership, debriefing methodologies, and applying design thinking to solving interpersonal problems. If you are interesetd in joining the Winter Quarter studio, please submit a one page piece about yourself and your interest in PAID to gorodsky at stanford dot edu by 12/1/09.
