This studio is an experiential group processs driven by real issues realted to collaborative design teams. The meetings are enhancend with practical readings aand discussions, immersive activities and personal reflection. Topics include mindfulness and self-awareness, feedback and self-disclosure, team culture, identifying and addressing potential team problems, team roles and leadership, debriefing methodologies, and applying design thinking to solving interpersonal problems.
