2D Processing

2D Data Processing uses the same techniques as 1D Data Processing but with 2 dimensions- F2 (direct detect dimension, almost always H1) and F1 (indirect detect dimension, H1/C13/N15/P31 depending upon the experiment).


Typically the order is:
1) Zero-Fill and Linear Prediction:

2D Linear Prediction

2D Zero-Fill


2) Apodizaton/Weighting Function:

2D Apodizaton/Weighting Function


3) Phase Correction:

2D Phase Correction


4) Baseline Correcton:

2D Baseline Correction
