1. A building system emergency is defined as an
equipment failure that will affect research or damage
the building and cannot wait until regular working
hours. Examples: pipe breakage, overflowing toilet,
power outage.

2. A non-emergency
building system issue is one that can wait until
the next working day to be repaired. Examples:
too hot or too cold in office, light burned out. For this type of problem, please
