- good speed on your roundhouse kick

•  talk to coach about cut kick

- good form and speed

- on roundhouse, try kicking past the center line

- work on back kick

- good spirit, good speed

- need crisp forward steps

- sliding kicks need work

- cut kick: learn it

- you would be a ton faster if you slid your feet instead of stepping on your slide kicks

- good axe kick

- strong round kick

- good kiyap

- need to work on back kick

- need to work on sliding steps

-more preparation

-movements are exact but lack power. Snap at the end.

-look before turning

-stances to narrow laterally—make sure you get shoulder width

-extremely crisp, precise

-but knife hand blocks don't have the same power

-work on your endurance

-good head turn

-good stances Il ‡ SamJang

-good intensity

-Sa Jang: need to work on back stance—sit lower. Weight lower and on back leg

-very clean

-sometimes your non-punching hand falls off your waist

-tighter chamber on side kicks

-Moves are nice and crisp.

-Good focus!

-Square off your back stances.
